Due to regulatory constraints, she initially worked as a Personal Care Assistant, juggling multiple jobs to support her family in the Philippines and cover living expenses in Vancouver. Despite the challenges, her determination never wavered.

Driven by a vision to create something beneficial for all, Jienelyn ventured into entrepreneurship. While caring for clients, she conceived the idea of providing care services, creating job opportunities, and establishing her own business. This led to the inception of a franchise with Just Like Family Home Care. Additionally, she ventured into event production, bringing Filipino artists to Canada to fill a cultural void she experienced.

Currently managing a cleaning company with her husband, Jienelyn is already building another business, showcasing her relentless drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
